Enveloping red, it recalls the scent of red fruits, and of the undergrowth, which is born where swarms of butterflies are born and at sunset they are tinged with a thousand colors.

• Grapes: Sangiovese 90% Foglia Tonda 10%.
• Vinification: Cement tanks with their own yeasts, manual punching down and fillings.
  
• Refinement: 6 months in the bottle (unfiltered)
  
• Pairings: Roasted white and red meats, game and cheeses.
  
• Serving temperature: 18-20 °C

It is advisable to open the bottle 30 minutes before enjoying it.
